• Night: Monday - Friday 5:30pm - 2:00am (daily OT possible)

Job Summary

Production Associates build seats and seat components for vehicles. Production Associates cycle through an established rotation of tasks within a workday. Other functions include but are not limited to seat teardown, seat repair, and minor equipment maintenance and adjustments. Employees must be able to work overtime and weekends, as needed.

Key Responsibilities of Production Associates

• Meet process, quality, and time requirements of each operation.
• Participate as a member of QOS / MPS / CI teams as required for process improvement.
• Comply with Quality, Environmental, and Material Management System requirements.
• Report issues and improvements to support the overall build process.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
• Work safely by following all company policies, reporting all unsafe and unhealthy conditions, and reporting all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
• Comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards in accordance with the Magna Employee Charter and the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
